Very interesting! Not sure how they can get the permits without the money backing them up when we are talking about $10 billion. Looks kind of fishy....
Oh, well, if it's a CLEAN refinery, THEN it's okay, right? NOT!! Ya know, you shouldn't have voted for Bush. This is all his doing.
