A New Challenge - Randonneuring

I'm always looking for something new to add to the list of cycling fun.  Here is this years addition:

I thought that I'd check out the phenomenon known as Randonneuring.   Staying true to the Brady family motto:  'Try anything once, and the good things often', I had to give it a go.  Goal for the first year?  Well, let's take a shot at this "Super Randonneur" thing which consists of a 200k, 300k, 400k, and 600k ride. Sounds easy enough right?

"Allure Libre!" Which is kind of the unofficial mantra of Randonneurs. To me it means, "Ride your ride" the goal is to finish the course--sometimes very difficult to do on the day of the Brevet! The weather always seems to turn for the worst I've found!

Good Luck and Ride Strong! Cheers! Bruce
